Welcome to OtpFire. By accessing or using our services, including temporary numbers, long-term rentals, and eSIM activations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

OtpFire provides real U.S. non-VoIP phone numbers for SMS verification and eSIM activations for privacy and security purposes. Our services are intended for legal use only. You must not use our services for any unlawful activities, including fraud, spam, or harassment. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All payments for services must be made in the supported currencies, primarily cryptocurrency. Once an order is placed for temporary numbers, long-term rentals, or eSIMs, it is considered final, and refunds are not guaranteed. We strive to ensure reliable delivery of your verification numbers and codes, but OtpFire is not responsible for delays, failed verifications, or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials and any cryptocurrency wallets linked to your account. Unauthorized access or misuse of your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify OtpFire immediately if you suspect a security breach.

OtpFire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or operational policies. Your continued use of OtpFire constitutes acceptance of any updates.

By using OtpFire, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, to use our services responsibly, and to respect the privacy and security of other users. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OtpFire regarding your use of the platform.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details secure and up to date. Repeatedly rejecting numbers without a valid reason or misusing the service may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Pricing & Availability:

OtpFire reserves the right to update, adjust, or change service pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices shown on the platform reflect the current rate at the time of purchase.

Due to limited inventory and carrier availability, some services may occasionally display “No numbers available” or be temporarily out of stock. This does not indicate an error. Availability may change at any time, and restocking is not guaranteed for all services or platforms.

Account Balance & Payments:

All funds added to a OtpFire account are considered prepaid service credits. Once funds are added, they cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded.

Account balances may only be used to purchase services available on the OtpFire platform. By adding funds, you acknowledge and agree that deposited amounts are intended solely for service usage.
